HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE TO SHIP?
Express Delivery in 2-4 Business Days
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, it usually takes 2-4 working days to deliver depending on your location. Please allow 2 to 3 extra business days for delivery to regional and remote areas.
Standard Delivery in 4-6 Business Days

Everythingphones.com.au is committed to giving our valued customers the best online shopping experience possible. Our goal is to always exceed your expectations including the speed in which your purchases are delivered! However, stated delivery times are based on courier industry averages, and delays may occur during holiday and peak periods, extreme weather conditions or due to unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately our friends in remote areas are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER(S) ONCE IT IS DISPATCHED?
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you to let you know the tracking details. Simply jump online at any time to get the latest update.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER??
Unfortunately we cannot change your delivery address once your order has been placed – credit card security stipulations prevent us from doing this.
If you realise they delivery address is incorrect once an order has been placed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP to cancel the order, so that you can place a new one with the correct address.
We cannot change a delivery address once the parcel has shipped (again for security reasons), so please be sure that you have entered the correct delivery address when you place your order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL IS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, WILL IT BE COVERED?
Put simply, YES. We use some of Australia’s leading couriers so shipping an order is reliable, safe and secure. We follow strict procedures to ensure your orders are packaged securely, so the likelihood of any damage in transit is extremely low. Unfortunately things do not always go as planned and once shipped some things are beyond our control. If your item is lost or damaged during transit simply head to the Contact Page on our website, submit your details and any information via the web form. Once your form pops up in our email we will contact you soon after with instructions and arrangements for replacement.*

RETURNS & REFUND
All returns and exchanges are performed at our sole discretion in line with Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) regulations. In all cases our decision on individual cases is final. Products returned without authorisation will be refused delivery and the sender will be responsible for all costs. All items returned to Everythingphones.com.au for refund/replacement/repair are handled by our service technicians and team members at our offices here in Australia, this allows us to process requests for replacements, repairs and returns immediately so we can serve our customers as efficiently as possible.
PRIOR TO SHIPPING
A full refund is available at any time prior to processing and shipping of your order. This includes pre-ordered items. It may also be possible to exchange your item prior to shipping from the warehouse. Simply head to the Contact Page on our website, submit your details and any additional information via the web form. We’ll do our best to process your request ASAP, please keep in mind it may not be possible to service your request immediately. If the item has already been shipped at the time that your request is read and processed by our team, the case will be treated as an ‘unopened box’ return.
